- CIL Director/Coordinator
- CIL Executive-in-Residence (EIR): the EIR will provide external viewpoints and experiences to the program structure and works with the Director to plan and execute programming. The EIR is the program liaison to the Stakeholders Board and is a key connecting point to facilitate opening doors for partnerships with community organizations and leaders.
- CIL Campus Leadership Council: Penn State York faculty and staff, both women and men, from a variety of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
- CIL Stakeholders Board: Women and men from the community representing a variety of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
- CIL Student Influencers: Engaged Penn State York students will encourage other students to participate and have a near-peer faculty/staff adviser to provide support. The goal is for this group to become social media drivers to increase students’ knowledge of and participation in CIL programs, while providing influencer members with a leadership experience during their tenure at Penn State York.
- External Affiliated Groups: The CIL will develop relationships with community and professional organizations who share values of collaboration and inclusivity and will be like-minded partners to assist us in meeting our mission.
