Penn State is planning a phased return over the summer semester to a full on-campus learning environment for fall 2021. The University’s priorities continue to be the health and well-being of its students, faculty, staff and local communities, and the plans for expanded in-person classes have the flexibility built in to quickly respond to changing pandemic conditions, if necessary.
The new Center for Inclusive Leadership at Penn State York kicks-off its programming on Feb. 23 with a STEM Women in Leadership Panel featuring four local leaders who will share their experiences and answer questions.
Despite the pandemic, THON 2021 will be happening. This weekend, the 2021 Penn State IFC Panhellenic Dance Marathon kicks off a livestream beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, and continuing through Sunday, Feb, 21, at 4 p.m. Instead of people gathering at the Bryce Jordan Center to cheer on dancers for 46 hours, people will be gathering across the state and around the world to watch the THON 2021 livestream.
