Penn State York honors outstanding students, faculty, and staff on April 21

YORK, Pa. — Penn State York students, faculty and staff will be recognized for their outstanding achievements for the 2023-24 academic year during the annual Penn State York Awards Ceremony set for Sunday, April 21 at 2 p.m. The event will take place on the stage of the Pullo Family Performing Arts Center on campus. More than 80 awards will be presented during the program.  

Awards will be presented by a variety of campus groups and community organizations, including the Rotary Club. Highlights of the program include the presentation of the Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award, the James H. Burness Awards for Excellence in Teaching, the Penn State York Advising Award, and the Faculty Scholarship and Creative Accomplishments Award.
