The Pullo Family Performing Arts Center at Penn State York emphasis the transformative power of the arts and is the only performing arts center in the Penn State system outside of University Park. The 1,016-seat theatre hosts Broadway shows, concerts, comedians, speaking engagements, and community performances. It is also the venue for commencement at Penn state York.
Seven-grade students put on their agronomist hat in this session with a hands-on case study during the Jill and the Magic Beanstalk workshop that is part of Pathways to Your Future: Exploring STEAM Careers program at Penn State York. Participants work to help a farmer identify problems, find solutions, and make decisions for their soybean crop.
The newest building on the Penn State York campus, the Graham Center for Innovation and Collaboration, home to the Graham Fellows Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership. The almost 8,000 square-foot, two-story building features an open-concept floor plan and provides flexible space that can accommodate small collaborative student group work, individual mentoring sessions, and formal classes or lectures, as well as large events and presentations. Students can take advantage of a variety of collaborative workspaces, spots to connect, and state-of-the-art technology.

Anne Vardo-Zalik, associate professor of biology, works with undergraduate students in the biology labs at Penn State York on a regular basis. Vardo-Zalik and colleague Jessica Petko, associate professor of biology, have mentored 54 students in undergraduate research projects over the last decade.
Carter Williams, a Penn State York student and baseball player, shows off one of the many awards he took home during the athletic awards program. Williams was the recipient of the Chancellor's Award for Academic Character, given to the student-athlete with a 3.5 grade-point average or higher. In addition to an outstanding GPA the recipient must uphold the five core values if the athletics department at Penn State York - accountability, courage, diliogence, integrity, and respect.
Graham candidates (Penn State York students in the Graham Fellows Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership) network with Graham Fellows Program corporate partners and share their elevator pitches, practice introductions, handshakes, and meet potential internship providers and employers as part of the Corporate Partners Networking event. In addition to the networking event, students participate in a variety of workshops to help prepare them for their future careers.
