Penn State York is once again planning a day of service in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Last year, students, faculty and staff assembled hygiene kits for the YWCA of York. This year, at noon on Jan. 18, the campus community is set to put together 250 kits for children who are patients at the Penn State Health Children’s Hospital in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Winners have been announced in the Penn State York Literary Competition sponsored by Any Other Word, the campus’ online literary magazine, and the Pullo Family Performing Arts Center at Penn State York.
Posters are being displayed throughout the campus highlighting the life and work of Martin Luther King Jr. during the month of January. The poster series is sponsored by the Penn State York DEIB Committee.
