Penn State York takes on Penn State Wilkes-Barre in a playoff game on Thursday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center at the York campus.
At an event held on Oct. 31, leaders from the Student Philanthropy Network announced that the class of 2024 has voted to create the University Park Undergraduate Association Basic Needs Endowment as their class gift. The fund will provide sustained support for students facing hardships in pursuit of their degree.
"Bad Auditions by Bad Actors," a comedy by Ian McWethy, is the fall production of the Penn Players at Penn State York, with four performances set for Nov. 8 and 9.

Five Penn State York students were nominated for and attended the 2023 Pennsylvania Conference for Women in Philadelphia. The group traveled to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in October, where they could select a session track focusing on leadership, career or personal development.

Penn State York’s Student Veterans of America (SVA), York Chapter, is once again sponsoring a Toys for Tots drive on campus. SVA has joined with the First Capitol Detachment # 521, Marine Corps League of York, Pennsylvania, for this project. New, unopened, and unwrapped toys and books will be collected through noon on Dec. 4.
