Groft, a Penn State York student-athlete and member of the team, was killed in a car accident last year.  A fundraiser game for Gift of Life, an organ donation program, is set for Monday, Sept. 26 in her honor.

Novelist Curdella Forbes will read from her work during a presentation on Wednesday, Sept. 28 in the Precision Custom Components (PCC) Community Room in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center (The Ruhl Center) at Penn State York.

Courtney Groft, a Penn State York student-athlete who was killed on October 30, 2021, is being honored by the women's volleyball team with a fundraiser game to benefit the Gift of Life organ donor program.  Groft was an organ donor.

Women's volleyball team continues to honor Courtney Groft

A fundraiser game for Gift of Life in honor of Courtney Groft, a Penn State York student-athlete who was killed in a car accident last year, is set for Monday, Sept. 26, in the Joe and Rosie Ruhl Student Community Center at Penn State York. The game is free and open to the public.
