Eighteen Penn State York students and two staff members are heading to Puerto Rico, March 4-11, to help with disaster relief and immerse themselves in a different culture as part of an alternative spring break.

Stephen Foster, assistant professor of social psychology, accepts the 2022 Excellence in Advising Award from Sonia Molly, assistant professor of human development and family students and a previous winner, as the Nittany Lion offers congratulations.  Nominations are now open and the award will be presented at the awards program on April 23.

Nominations are now open for the James H, Burness Award for Excellence in Teaching.  Audra Weaver was the recipient of the 2022 part-time faculty award presented to her by the Nittany Lion and Joe Royer, lecturer in cybersecurity, analytics and operations, at the annual awards ceremony.
